“It struck me as a very comfortable country retreat, surprisingly quiet given its proximity to Gatwick, with spotlessly clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The mini-fridges in each room and the complimentary parking are welcome touches, though one might consider bringing their own provisions for the evening as the breakfast is the standout meal. This feels like a practical and welcoming stopover, particularly for those needing a convenient base before an early flight.”
